Hello all

How do you prepare for the trading day ahead? What are peoples’ standard routines before the market opens? I want to make sure I’m doing all the ‘right’ things to set myself up for success.

  It’s a tricky question to answer because every day trader trades differently.
  
  My top tip, however, is to try to gauge market sentiment rather than trading against the trend.
